Opis poslova:

  • Organizacija rada u odjelu računovodstva,

  • Ensure the performance of structural steel fabrication and erection following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards,
  • Perform structural steel fabrication and erection activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements

Fabrication Yard Maintenance Coordinator :

  • Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance strategies based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling preventative/reactive maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (AMOS) for tracking work orders, and maintenance history of equipment.
  • Prepares reports, data, and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems.
  • Manages a team of in-house and outsourced maintenance personnel and ensures that maintenance contractors are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc.
  • Plan and finalize a yearly maintenance budget in coordination with the various Operation
  • Excellent knowledge in preventive and breakdown maintenance of Crawled and Wheeled Cranes (Terex, Manitowoc, Grove, American-Hoist, etc...), in particular related to engine, hydraulic and pneumatic system, carne configuration and setting
  • Good knowledge in preventive and breakdown maintenance for fabrication equipment (HGG, Muller, Soitaab, Ficep, Davi, etc…) 
  • Good knowledge in preventive and breakdown maintenance for diesel power generators, welding machine, welding boom, roller (Caterpillar, Cummins, Miller, Lincoln, ESAB, etc…)
  • Communicate and liaise directly with the operations departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work and ensure a quick turn around and return of repairs for smooth functioning of the outlets
  • Be responsible for the testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting etc. on a routine basis as required by local authorities and Fire Service.
  • Be available to initiate emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system re-set and / or failure of mechanical systems
  • Carry out holistic portfolio survey to assess units for remedial maintenance, supervise refurbishment, and prepare reports as requested
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly Maintenance reports.

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Educated university mechanical degree level or equivalent.
  • A good understanding of property maintenance, methodologies and processes.
  • A good communicator, with a track record of well-organized methodical work patterns.
  • Able to work autonomously and react quickly in high pressured situations.

Competencies

  • Self starter with the personal drive and motivation to proactively identify issues, progress activities and deliver solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to give clear and precise instruction to third parties.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication at all levels is vital to this role
  • Strong, rationale thinking with a challenging, questioning mind that can view issues as a whole as well as drill down into the final detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member to deliver objectives on time against tight time pressures.
